ZAHA HADID INSPIRED COFFEE TABLE

My AS projects brief was to produce a piece of furniture inspired by a designer of my choice. After looking through hundreds of designers I came across Zaha Hadid. I love her use of organic, flowing aesthetic lines and decided to make a coffee table inspired by her work, specifically her Scoop Sofa. This was a great project to really get my creative juices flowing. Although it meant coming in to the workshop on numerous weekends the coffee table I produced was near identical to my final design. The process of making this table was really interesting and needed some interesting methods to get the results.
